Starting building my first mod

Hi guys, I'm starting building my mechnical mod. This is my equipment: Turtle Ship V2 clone, Omega atomizer, and 18650 3.7V battery.
Today I was trying to understand how it works...the atomizer was already built, so I insert the battery, put the liquide in the atomizer and take a hit... it was extremely strong, it was a 2 seconds hit and it was so strong...What's wrong? Voltage??

Don't take this the wrong way, but it's obvious you have not done your homework, and that concerns me. So I'll start by asking you what is the ohm reading of the coil that was built for you?

if u tell me the resistence that would be good for it, I will order a pre built coil with the correct resistence.
Welcome to ECF.

No one likes to come down on people... but there are occasions, like now, where I'd rather piss you off, than hear about you blowing off a hand, or nose. Follow?

You need to go back to what ever PV set-up you were using before... until you understand, at minimum, battery safety and Ohm's Law. Right now, you're just dangerous to yourself and perhaps even those around you.
Click on my second sig line. Scan the article, read links... at least twice. Don't touch your mech, battery or atty until you understand all the things you currently do not.

Good luck ;-)

it is not that easy, I can read many pages but if the info are too long I LOSE MYSELF. what I need is someone who tell me what to do. to understand something I FIRST NEED TO HAVE IT WELL DONE AND TRY. I'VA ALREADY STUDIED THE OHM'S LAW BUT I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND

no offense, but state o' flux just told you exactly what to do. a mechanical mod isn't a toy, and if you don't understand what you're doing, you're putting yourself and anyone around you in danger.

most of the 18650 batteries we use for vaping are rated for anywhere between 10-30 amp draw - THIS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO KILL YOU.

Capitol letters? :glare:

principiante... caps and poor grammar are not quite the inducements you might first imagine when seeking assistance. You may be the nicest guy in the world, but the implied "poor me" whine I hear in your post, in an attempt to take shortcuts around what can be quite dangerous ground... is really discouraging.
There is not a soul here, who not already knowing it well prior to their introduction to advanced vaping, picked up Ohm's Law calculations over night... not even an Ohm's Law calculator will easily explain the why and how of it.

If you do not have an ability to learn from the written word - and I don't think anyone on ECF is dumb enough to take responsibility for a simplistic view, "education by-pass" idea (and yet still smart enough to have a good grasp of the subject) - perhaps you are a "visual learner" and require a "hands-on" training environment.
I suggest you visit a few local vape shops until you find an employee generous enough to share their knowledge... assuming they have any.

Best o' luck

one additional comment, if there's something specific that you don't understand about ohm's law, battery safety, resistance, etc, then by all means ask and we'll do what we can to help.

as state said, though, if you claim that you don't understand anything and you can't give us specific things to help you with, there's not a lot we can do to help.
