Hi All,
I am new to the vapor world I have been vaping a couple weeks now (not counting the blu I got...terrible). I bought my first kit off of "goodejuice.com" and the ego t kit I got had a bad charger blowing out my batteries. Also one of the atomizers was D.O.A. I sent them 3 or 4 emails and called their "answering " service another 3 or 4 times and received no responce. I eventually just ordered an ego t passthrough and some lr 510s from digitalciggz.com and couldn't be happier. It is a great setup for me and the site is great. I'm finally the last few days totally off regular ciggs and have no plans on goin back!
If you are goin to invest in a e cigg be careful where u buy.
-look to see if the site has a phone number that actually has people on the other end.
-check to see if the site has reviews
- prob the most important thing, go to sites that are recomended by reputable reviewers personally I go on grimmgreen.com alot.
-Don't be like me and buy stuff from the first site that pops up on Google. :(
I guess for $60 I learned a lesson!
This is my 1st post and I wanted to put this story up hopefully it will help someone, if this keeps one person from getting ripped off by this site this would be worth me posting. This site is great for info, I hope this reaches someone starting out like me!
Thanks for reading!! Take care!

yeah google isn't really a good place to look. They have a lot of paid sites that pop up at the top, sites that sell bad gear for too much money. I have heard if you google "vaping" instead of "e-cigarette" it will bring you here.

But now that you've found ECF you're on the right track. Buy from the venders listed here and you'll be good.

Goodejuice IS a registered supplier here at ECF with nothing but good posts and reviews here on ECF. Anyone can type a search on them and see that. I am the one who referred David, aka magicman, to Goodejuice. Goodejuice sent him two brand new atomizers wihout asking for a return on the so-called faulty ones. Then exactly one month later, he wants them to replace both his batteries. Sorry David, but Goodejuice has done nothing but right by me. You need to tell the truth!

I think before threads like this are allowed to bash a vendor, more research on the issue should be done.

...yep, there are two side to every story...I really hate too see bashing/warning threads from anyone, especially someone new who might not really know what's what...not knocking the OP at all but, asking...here...first, if anyone else has had a problem with a vendor before just jumping bad about them is a better method of getting a message across...imjusayin.............

I dont have a dog in this fight but your new registration & this being your first post count & knowing the OP by name makes me wonder your intentions as well.

Just sayin

It really doesn't matter if a supplier gets good reviews or if they're registered here. Even if everything was in check 99 out of a 100 times, that's still not good enough. A truly good supplier never screws up, period. And ignoring a customer's emails and calls is simply UNACCEPTABLE, even if you normally settle for just mediocre service.

@ Tim.J, they should have replaced his batteries. And the charger. Also, just because it's been all good for you doesn't mean they treat everyone and every order the same way.
