Reading the documentation it appears to be using the same chip as the zmax, vamo and all the other chinese vv/vw's. That means it comes down to the look of it.
Not my kind of thing but as long as it doesn't have obvious flaws in the design it should perform like those listed above. I'd skip the kit and find someone who sells it standalone. The batteries are meh and the charger looks crappy.
