Well, since steampunk is an aesthetic that pretty much demands a lot attention from the hands of a skilled craftsman and artist, I'd imagine that you're probably not gonna find them mass produced or even someone who's specifically producing those by request. It's too difficult and time consuming and the demand is likely not too high for the price you will pay. It'd be hard to make it as a steampunk modder. It's a very niche look, yanno? We all agree, it's an awesome look. But the things you have to do to get it in quality for something with looks that could kill so easily, especially if you ever broke it!
That's how it's gone with all of my steampunk swag, anyway.
I think your best bet would be to check out some modder's galleries and see if you can't find one with the skills and interest in the project to do it for you. Maybe you can find a steampunk artist to craft a case for you and then get it into the hands of a modder who can incorporate the features you need into the case. Once you find your artist, you may want to get specifications from the modder, though. It won't be cheap, but you know its worth it.
Personally, I would pay good money to anyone who would start cranking these things out. The model in the picture would be my end-all purchase.
Bear in mind, I'm totally new to this scene so maybe it's more common than it may seem to me.
