So you want to shake your juice like a paint shaker?
A Case Tumbler. Cheaper than a jewelery tumbler gave ($35 for mine). It turns off when you turn the switch off not on a timer unless you put a timer on the outlet. It is made to shake/vibrate ammunition components in a granular media to polish them. Don't know whether the Ultrasonic is better or not. These are not ultrasonic by the way. But make very little noise. If it bothers you stick it in a closet. If it makes more noise than a low hum there is something not setting right. I wouldn't pack it full of bottles either. 250-300ml worth of bottles at a time or so at most. 60ml glass is about as tall a bottle as you can put in. 4-5 60ml at once and it's full basically. Don't let the bottles touch each other directly and pack the rags in tight so the only movement occurs inside the bottle not inside the tumbler. Caps TIGHT!
Shake in this for 4-5hrs or more there should be no steeping time. This might well separate the juice like a centrifuge does so until somebody gets to run on this an extended period you might be careful. It really puts a vibration to whatever is in it. Line the interior with rags and stand the bottles up pack rags on top till you've got enough to compress as you screw on the lid.
I've been vaping nearly four months and started making my own juice right off the bat. I woke up this morning and had a moment of clarity. I have been an avid reloader for nearly 30 years and my tumbler has been setting in the back not doing any work for a few months. 15-20 minutes and I had it working on juice. These are made to run for hours on end.
Where to get one? Google it. I don't know if there might be an issue posting a link to a site or not so I err on the side of caution. I am not even going to say where I got mine unless it's all good. Just case or brass tumbler, or vibratory tumbler should point you where you need to go. Been nice to have had that moment of clarity 4 months ago.
Made a 10ml mix up last night for a sample and threw it in there for 1-1/2 hrs. Had some in a cart from last night and sampled both after I pulled the one out of the tumbler. Definite difference. Juice wasn't 8 hrs old and has TA and 5 other tobaccos in it. Tasted at least a week old or better. I treat my juice like shine and how many bubbles I see after you shake it and how fast they dissipate tells me how steeped it is. Notice I said MY juice in that last statement. What your juice does when you shake it is your business. That little 10ml bottle made bubbles going in shaking by hand and it won't make any now. Tastes and looks steeped to me. More experimentation necessary. And NO I don't know how to make shine.
