Just wondering a couple things here. I have a 120ml bottle of Cappuccino Smooth at 24mg, and the specialty mixes are supposed to be 50/50 pg/vg, however I taste that semi-sweet VG taste more than anything else, and I also get absolutely no TH whatsoever, no matter how big of a pull I take, but there is plumes of vapor. It's acting like it's a pure vg mix. Is this common from un-steeped juices? Will steeping actually bring on the TH and lessen that vg taste?

I generally don't uncork my bottles, but in this case I think I have to since I've had it for more than a week and nothing has changed with it yet. This surprises me because most people I've read have said that this flavor is generally great with away. When I had a 5ml bottle of it, it was awesome. Could the size of the bottle affect steeping time as well?

In any case, I have opened it up to let air get to it. I guess I'll do that overnight and then tomorrow I'll seal it back up and wait it out.

My cappuccino smooth was great steeped at 1 week, but it in 10ml bottles. When I try new flavors, I generally try them in the smaller bottles 1st, then order the larger ones that I love.
I also do not uncork my bottles while steeping. I shake them a few times a day, but I did take the caps off on the strawberry cheesecake this time because they were taking a little longer than the normal 2 weeks (again 10ml bottles). This worked great.
When I order the 30ml size bottles, I usually give them at least 2-3 weeks before I try
I would say, keep the caps off on the huge bottles overnight, put them back on in the am, shake really good, then take them off again for a while. I'm not real sure on these big bottles, so maybe someone here who buys them regularly can chime in

My 60ML bottle was great after 3 weeks but, it was only about 40ML at 3 weeks. My 120ML isn't getting touched, if I can resist, for at least a month.

Cappuccino Smooth is my absolute favorite and Caramel Apple is my second. I have a 120ML bottle of each that I am trying to let steep but it is really hard not to tap into them.

In any case, the best way to steep Cappuccino Smooth is to send it to Davon Labs for proper steeping. Send all 120ML and your 30ML of steeped Cappuccino Smooth will arrive in a few weeks.

But is it normal to taste only vg and have absolutely no TH before it steeps, and get the TH afterwards with less of the vg taste?

Yes. I have found this to be true with some flavors. My 120 of Caramel Apple tasted like VG when I first got it with little TH. It is now 3 weeks old and great TH and flavor.

I would have to say, yes, this is normal. There are very few juices that taste like any kind of flavor before they're steeped. You will get the PG and VG tastes, but not much flavor. And you will get alot of vapor either way.
And where are these BIG bottle experts right now lol?

Most of my stash is big bottles. I have been lucky enough to be able let them steep well before vaping most of them :)

Thanks everyone. I will just give it a few weeks then. I've already had it for over a week, but no change. but now I am going to leave the cap off overnight, then tomorrow I will close it and shake it up, opening it once in a while to let in some air. hopefuly it'll be good to go within a week, but if not, I have some CoffeeX and Fireball that taste good already to tide me over. I also have some baby back ribs, but that is one of those flavors that you just really have to be in the mood for I think, not an all day vape.

Yes- I am going to send you copies of my certification soon, but in the mean-time- you know what? Can't you cut this poor college girl some slack here for now? The equipment I use to steep, is a dark closet, full of some high quality purses and lord knows I wouldn't let anything happen to those! Therefore your juice is safe and you can trust me. I know, I know, you're still not gonna be happy, so I will be up all night and this thread will continue for the next 6 months, right? Feel better?

Is called "steeping anxiety" I have this really bad, which is why I keep my bottles hidden from myself in my closet. This could be the reason I don't buy the gallon sizes lol. Seriously though, the cappuccinno smooth is a faster steeping juice than some, but at this size, for sure it will need about 2-3 weeks. You will be very happy when it's steeped and it will be worth the wait. Did you look in the "stickies" section of this sub-forum at the colors of juice when steeped? Check that out and compare with the juice that you now have. I have a bottle of fully steeped and a new bottle and they're about 2 shades darker difference

Steeping?..........Tell ya what. Take half of your bottle and empty it into a clean bottle. Mail that bottle to me. I'll vape it for you and let you know if it needs steeped some more. I don't need fancy labs to tell whether or not it's aged. So what are you waiting for? Drop it in the mail already......damn you guys are slow.
