Just curious about the steeping time on your website, does that include shipping times or should you start the steeping time when your receive your shipment?

It would include shipping. Its basically from the born on date shown on your bottle.

What's the best way to steep bwb juices?

Typically I just put it in a cool dark place. Some take the lids off or other such methods. Its all really personal choice.
