I just ordered 50 ml of Strawnilla and GCD... I steep my juices by shaking them once a day but storing them in a dark cabinent... How long should I steep both juices 2 get the best flavors?

I cannot speak about the Strawnilla, others will be along for that one...
I found GCD too strong for my taste FOOB. After about 2 weeks it became very vapeable for me. I have some that is approaching 2 months now and it is absolutely a luscious vape!
So, if you are really into Cinnamon in your vape, it will hit for you right away. If you need it a bit more tame, it doesn't take too long for it to mellow out.
I think your advice to drip them once a week is solid. I actually loved both of them FOOB, but in both cases, they got better with age. I recently dripped some 4 month old Strawnilla and was in heaven, and then I got further up into heaven when the 4 month GCD came out!
From looking at posts around this forum, each juice hits differently for each person, so its hard to give a recommendation of "steep it for x weeks/months" as a general rule of thumb when all of these juices are pretty complex and layered.
I'm with Solace, I like my GCD at any stage. I didn't like Strawnilla at first, but I loved it after about a 5 week steep on it. I hope you enjoy your goodies!!!
I love GCD FOOB best but it's always an enjoyable vape. I'm vaping some right now in fact. For me fresh GCD Has a strong bakery cinnamon with a very distinctive buttery Danish taste. As it steeps everything mellows and melds a bit. Strawnilla, another favorite of mine become magical at about 90 days and continues to improve. Strawnilla is nice FOOB but not stellar. As others have said drip s little each week until it hits for you.
