Steeping TFA tobacco flavors

Hi, I got 6 different tobacco flavors from TFA to try and choose which one I like, I only made liquids with 1 flavor at a time 2% flavoring and right now it's without steeping (2 hours).

Most of them taste really nasty, like olives or something like that, not really tobaccoish IMO,
is it just about steeping, or 2% is too much for 1 tobacco flavor? if it's steeping how long should I let it steep? also I see that small ultrasonic machine cost about $50 (bed bath and beyond), how much time is it going to save me?

I've been using TFA tobaccos at around 8%, and I always drip them before steeping.

In terms of steeping, we just did a taste test http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...ng-times-ultrasonic-cleaner-part-iii-150.html and found that if you have a slow cooker, go with that instead of buying a UC, very similar results.

Yes, most tobacco's need 3-4 weeks steeping.

Heat will shave some time off tho.

And many of the tobacco flavors have nuts, vanilla, chocolate, spice, etc., added in, which may taste strange until steeped.

I've heard that a baby bottle warmer works a treat for this.

Most mix TFA tobacco at 5% or more; 8 to 9% works for me!
