Hi,

Yes I've used every variation of steep/cur/cure e-juice in the search on the top left with no success. I remember reading some time ago a good method of quick steeping with a pot of boiling water or something.

Does anyone have the link to this, or offer any suggestions. I ordered a 180ML bottle of RY4 and it just tastes TOTALLY different then the first time I got it, getting scared I wasted all my $$.

Thanks,

Steeping takes time! To quick steep a little so your not out - take some juice and put in a small bottle 10mil,30mil what ever and heat some water but be careful not to over heat and melt the plastic and let the bottle sit in the hot water until it cools to room temp - Vape it and let the rest sit someplace cool and out of light and check back on it in a week or two! if you half to order some more while the big bottle sits for a bit. Time will bond the flavors though and heat is only a push in that direction... GOOD LUCK!!!

when I make my juice I use a lot if not all vg which it very thick so what I do is put the bottle in a coffee cup pull about 4oz of hot water from my coffee/tea maker the water only comes out at 192 degrees so it's not boiling I don't know if it helps it to steep but it thins the juice so I can give it a good shake and get everything mixed well. I let most of my juice sit for a few weeks after mixing even after the hot water bath.

Is it only the tobacco flavors that need steeping? I could swear I read that somewhere, but can't find that thread anymore. It may not have been on this forum.

I've got a small 10ml bottle of watermelon that is just killing me with the perfume taste! It's been a week (with 2x24 hour lid-off sessions) in the closet and I am getting a bit antsy to taste what others are raving about with this mix-ologist.

Also, if you do a lid-off steep in a dark place like a closet...and put several juices in there...will the flavors inter-mix or react with the others?

I don't really see any benefit in steeping my fruit flavors no matter if its the day I mix them or a month later they taste the same to me same goes for a lot of my single flavored juice, it's the more complex ones with 2 or more flavors that benefit the most from steeping. and I don't leave the cap off I just leave them alone in the dark for a few weeks I guess if they tasted perfumy I guess I'd leave the cap off but I don't really run into that problem
