Steeping Larger Bottles

Howdy,
Quick question, and I apologize if this has been posted before, didn't see it in the search.
Does a larger bottle (for example, a 30ml) steep at roughly the same amount of time as a smaller bottle (5ml), or does the extra liquid account for more steeping time? My 30ml bottle of quicknic's RY4 tastes and smells just like my first 5ml did after a week of steeping.

Larger bottles are said to take longer
the smallest I've had has been 10 ml
I seem to notice the 30 ml might take slightly longer not by much
the 60 ml's I've had I have not tried until a longer steep has been met

but If I was concerned or wanted some sooner I would pull 10 ml out when I got the bottle and set it separately
