Question for all the FreedomSmokeUSA juice fans.

I've had a number of RY4's and I recently tried FSUSA's. It came with a Wyatt Earp sample. I would say that their RY4 tastes like a stout beer with maybe a hint of vanilla and coffee. Not bad, but not what I expected. The Wyatt Earp is overwhelmingly chocolate.

Do I have to let them sit for a couple weeks or is this what they actually taste like? The RY4 says it's premixed so I didn't think it would have to steep.

I actually passed the RY4 around the bar. I was drinking a Black Strap Stout, another was drinking a Vanilla Java Porter, and a third was drinking a Guiness. The RY4 tastes somewhere in that mix.

I was expecting a more caramel/nut taste

Premixed just means that FSUSA mixed the flavors, nicotine, VG, and PG before it was mailed. All their liquids are mixed after the order is placed. Personally, I like RY4 right out of the mailbox, but the taste definitely changes after it steeps. Also, bigger bottles need to steep longer. What size bottle did you get?

Thanks for clearing up 'premixed' I thought it meant they had a vat premade and just filledd up little bottles as orders came in. I got a 60mL bottle. I guess that's big because it has been a week and very little change

You're welcome! A 60 ml. bottle definitely needs to steep. To steep it faster, take the cap off for a day. Also, do you have any small empty bottles that you could pour some of your RY4 into? Small bottles steep much faster.

Never heard WE tasted like chocolate. I think everyone has a different take on it but it is good. The Ry4 will definitely improve with steeping. When I get a new bottle, I leave the top off for at least a week occasionally capping and shaking it. With the fruit juices like gummy bears, I see it change color from pale to a luscious golden color in that time frame and that usually means it is ready to go.

To me WE tastes like many things (mostly licorice) but definitely not chocolate. It's my "go to" vape when I really really really want an analogue. WE and a cup of strong coffee in the morning - heaven.

Also, from my understanding samplers are the only juices that are pre-mixed (as in before you order, sitting on a shelf ready to go) so shouldn't need any steeping. Funny how everyone tastes different to everyone.

With steeping, when I buy the big bottles (I get hopscotch in 60mls, and Tiramisu in 120) I immediately transfer some to smaller bottles, so they steep quicker. I ordered a heap of 5ml bottles from FSUSA, so I always have 5mls on hand for vaping, and 5mls steeping in the box. By the time I finish one lot, the next lot is ready to vape.

Oh man I LOVE Waytt Earp, its my #1 vape. I suppse I can kinda see some chocolaty-ness to it, but the man says theres no chocolate in it so I find that pretty amazing! Typically the samplers are pretty much good to go out of the bottle. I generally steep (I like to call it aging) everything I get. Once you build up a nice supply, its easy to let a new shipment sit for a couple few weeks. (My last FUSUA order was for a 120ml Wyatt Earp and its been aging for about 6 weeks now, I cant wait to be blown away when I crack that bad boy open!)

Yes, our sampler bottles are the only e-liquids that are pre-mixed. Otherwise, everything is made to order just the way you like it :) so steeping helps. Try leaving the top off the bottle for a few nights. I have seen others mention a one to two week steeping time. Let us know if you still have concerns though -- we'll take good care of you!
Pam

Also, we've been told the Wyatt Earp tastes like pepper, but that's not in there either....:?:

When I get the big 120ml bottles I steep them in a pot of hot water from the faucet. I use only hot water from the faucet, set the bottles in the water until it cools and then do it again. I do this three times and this totally changes the flavor, you will also see the liquid getting darker each time you do this. Then I usually put them away for a week, nothing like a vintage FSUSA juice to sit back and vape in the evening.
