I DIY and always let my juices steep. I do the hot water bath technique 1st just to drip test and then let it set for at least 2 weeks. Amazing how the taste changes. Strong flavors mellow out and weeker flavors will come to the forefront in a mix. I have an orange flavored juice that tastes just like a baby asprin when 1st mixed(yuck) and then tastes like a Bahama Mama 2 weeks later(yummm). Just my opinion but if you don't like it after 2-3 weeks either give it away, try adding another flavor to it or just chuck it.

Most of my juices have changed quite a bit over the course of 2 weeks to 1 month. Some of the halo juices have changed completely. I have some from madvapes (topvapor) that I hated at first, but now are some of my favorites. I think in some cases, maybe my sense of taste/smell changed. Some of the others just lost the perfume and chemical smells.

I just tried that 11 of 11 that's been sitting about a week... it's a little better now - it was supposed to be Cream, but tasted horrible to me when I first got it - now it sort of has a sweet, yet slightly tart kettle-corn taste. Maybe my taste buds are a little messed up, lol, but it still tastes nothing like cream to me...

Seems like all the flavors I have that need more steeping time all have that same weird taste to them. I've noticed it has went away on some but a few of the others still have it which leads me to believe that they need more time. I just got a whole round of juices in from Halo, Gourmet Vapor, Joogler Juice, Rockstar vapor and freedomsmokeusa. These are all my first orders of e juices. I'm thinking about doing some type of a review after I've given them all a fair try.

I've noticed that since I've switched from analogs all of the juices I have are slowly tasting different. But I think that may have to do with not smoking.
Yes, I will definitely agree with this statement. My sense of smell and taste seemed to get a little better for a little bit and then sort of stabilized and stuff just smells/tastes a little different instead of stronger. Especially vaping. At first, it seemed they all had the same weird underlying taste - maybe tasting the PG and I eventually got sensitized to it and eventually the flavors come out more?
