I use Nude Nicotine as my only supplier. I believe in their Armor v2.
I was not in to DIY when I read hundreds of docs here on ECF, and Nude Nicotine won blind taste tests, color tests, pepper tests(lack of peppery taste), so I stuck with and use Nude Nicotine.
I'll have 2 more gallons of Armor v2, in 500ml, 100mg/ml aliquotes, within 3 months as long as I can get it.
Quick question. Assuming you have tried other companies, is RTS a decent one? I guess they have a code for 20% off and I could get a great deal on a 1 liter of nic 100mg max VG, gallon of VG and liter of PG for 67$. Just wondering if that's worth it or am I going in for a too big of an order. 67$ isn't a bad price. Also heard of MFS? Or heartland? But I know, I know, you live by NN. I'll give them a thought too. I read that someone said their batch of nic was pink and not clear ? Not too sure. That's why I'm asking.

They did not know what the nic samples were and they did not choose their own, they chose Nude Nicotine. If you read a lot of that thread you can see the color is CLEAR as in NO COLOR, not pink.
Tommy man, how are you ? Long time no talk. I'm kidding. But really though, did some reading. Came to find NN and VT are the "top" nic brands but also referred to as "you gotta pay to play" nicotine as it is more $$.
Now I have a question for you about the nude armor v2. If I read the description correctly, it has a self seal hole where I am able to insert a syringe to take out an amount needed , then simply put right back into the freezer? Also, is it peppery? I have never experienced the pepper sensation (taste AND burning wise) as I have never DIY. But I have read (could be different now) that RTSvapes is a great brand and they even use VG from coconut? But I heard it is peppery. I say this because I was going to buy from RTS, ...., I still might.
But from my readings , NN is a top dog. That being sad, I know it is clean but how is it taste and smell wise
Edit: I also read some negativity about their VG / pg dis coloring quickly. True?
I bought 125ml, 250ml, then 500ml bottles of NN Armor v2.
What I plan to do is to use the smaller bottles up first. I'll ake one 125ml bottle out and pout it in the refrigerator(actually already have done this). To use it, you have to allow it to unfreeze. Allow it to reach room temp, and only them use it because it will attract a lot of moisture - then cap it and return it to the refrigerator. You need to be able to shake the bottles of nic up before using them b/c they may have hot spots in them(concentrations of nicotine higher than the rest of the bottle).
I am assuming that 125ml will not sit in the refrigerator six months or more. If you think it is going to be in the refrigerator for more than six months before you use it again, refreeze it.
You would have to read the docs I sent you too. They said it is not peppery. I don't believe it is either. I've only been vaping and using nic base since Sept 2015. I am no DIY expert. I'm a newb.
VG/PG discoloration may happen. It is ONLY going to be good for a yr or two. You are not supposed to freeze it. If you put it in the freezer water is going to condense in the top of it and it will probably get mold in it. Just leave it in a cool, dark place.
@Tommy-Chi so I saw the chart regarding the blind taste test. Now, NN did in fact stand up on top followed by VT (which is suppose to neck to neck with NN). But I did notice there was no RTSVAPES on there.
From my research regarding NN, back in mid to late 2015, they had a problem with their nicotine. In other words, people got batches of 100mg/ml but upon their own testing, ended up getting 105-150 mg/ml instead of a, say 98-104 mg/ml which more closely represents the listed amount. Now, NN seemed to take proper steps by addressing the situation, but a lot of people talk about this when they mention NN.
Has this happened to you? Have your batches been harsh at all? But I do now believe that some of the "ultra cleanest" liq nicotine would be VT and NN

They did not test all of the nic on the market. Probably a more in depth test is warranted, but many on ECF do not think that nic base is going to be available for very long if the FDA gets their way.
