Holland and Barret pleated organic cotton.
I didn't even bother boiling it. Yes, there is always a funky cotton taste for the first 20(?) draws or so, then the cotton is bedded in and it's just pure clean flavour all the way.

If you're still getting a cotton taste after this bedding in period, it's almost surely the fact that it's not wicking properly. Maybe you used too much cotton? Or maybe your wick placement is blocking the juice channels. What atty are you using?

This the sort of thing you're looking for :

http://www.vape-atomizer-mesh.com/products/Organic-Cotton.html

Great company to deal with, I buy all my kanthal wire and SS rope from them. I've not tried their cotton yet, because they've only just started stocking it. But I do use something similar - compressed cotton make up removal pads, unbleached and untreated. Never boil them, just cut to size and use as they are. I don't get a cotton taste, just superb flavour from the first draw :D

Yep they are a cotton pad, I've seen them on a couple of US sites in the past. All you do is a cut a 1mm or 2mm strip (depending on your coil size), roll the strip between thumb and fingers and pop it into the coil, trim off the excess. Dead easy.

The cotton make up removal pads I pinched from the Wife. Their 100% cotton, untreated, unbleached for sensitive skin. Never had any cotton taste with them and I can get over 10 wicks from each pad. In fact my Wife cut her finger pretty badly a few months back, didn't have anything else to use so she wrapped one around it and went to the A&E for a couple of stitches. When the Doctor saw what she'd used he said that's a great idea, so if they're safe for bad cuts, I'm happy to vape with them.

I've got enough of the pads to last years, the Wife bought a pack of 300, so I'm set up for years

No problem, happy to help.

Maybe just get a small pack to try first, see what you think. There's no minimum order from the company. My last order was only for about 12 quid.

Any problems just give me a yell, I'll help out if I can. Once you're hooked on cotton, there's nothing better

Hmm are you using a bed of cotton underneath the nano coil? Try a strip of cotton over the top of the coil as well, like a flavour wick.

No, i dont use attys...!! I am talking about aerotank... cotton bed underneath a coil is used in attys..!!
To build a dual coil in aerotank, you have to have a non resistance wire and wire welder..which i dont have..!! Its kinda imposible to make it by hand...!! So i am sticking with single nanocoil...!!
