Apple just announced that steve jobs passed away today. He was sick for a long time. RIP.
The cause of death is unknown.

He's been fighting cancer for quite some time now. Even though I don't have an iPhone or a Mac, I appreciate all the innovation he brought to the tech world. He will be missed by many.

I won't pretend I was a fan of the selling of 12month old, overpriced tech dressed up in a shiny exterior, nor the locked down OS, but he was an innovator for sure. I guess iTunes and the iPod are the one most innovative for me, it/they started the digital download era.
