Still at it but need help with my cartos -Using a Pass through on a Car Charger? Question #3

Last post - (I hope I'll get my wings tonite...)

I recently went on a business trip that required 5 hours of drive time one way and I had a really hard time not picking up that analog...not easy at all!

I know someone else out there has had this problem and has the answer...can I use a Pass-through on a Car Charger???? That would be the ultimate no-brainer solution to that boredom induced chain habit!!

Using a Halo G6....they have been out of stock since I ordered my first kit a month or so ago, but as soon as they are available (someday??) I'm on it as I sit as my computer a lot too. Is there a good pass-through that I can use my G6 cartos with available from another reliable supplier?

You can get a USB pasthru for KR808 from many other places, and I think it will work with your cartos. For instance here: Manual Electronic Cigarette USB Passthrough but I'm sure there are others.

You will need a USB lighter adapter that puts out 2 Amps, as far as I can tell

is there a difference between a KR808D and a KR808D-1?

Not really. Most KR808 are KR808D-1. The branded Green Smoke cigarettes are the only ones I know to be KR808D-2 and are not compatible with D-1. As far as I know, Halo is KR808D-1, but maybe someone else knows better? You could also shoot them an e-mail and ask them...

As long as the USB adapter puts out the same volts and amps as your normal charger you can use it just the same.
