Still can't post in other threads

I've got 15+ post in the new member forum but still can't post to other threads, I want to post here

Try it now - the server resets at around 20 past every hour.

You have to wait for a server update at 25 minutes past the hour. Logging out and logging back in to reset ECF cookies is also a good idea too.
