I just checked the list of Winners on ECF's Cloupor Competition
Page 1 of
Ended - Win Win Win! Huge 600 device Cloupor Mini Plus TC ECF giveaway!
...and I did not find your name there.
There were 2 contests running together at the same time....ECF was giving away 200 Cloupors and CLoupor was giving away another 400.
Did you win your Cloupor in the Cloupor 400 Draw ? I believe you would have received an email notification from Cloupor, in that case.
You might try contacting low_tar_neil with a Private Conversation message.
Although Neil was handling the ECF side of the Contest, he may have a suggestion as to who you might contact.
He will need the same info on which contest you won it in...whether you received an email and from whom.. ...maybe a screenshot showing your name or other email showing you won.
Neil has been very good with straightening things out.

Ya know, I had to laugh when I read that. There has been no update from anyone at ECF either in the contest thread or PM's or any answers to anyone's questions since 12/21 concerning the Koopor/smok giveaway. It's been said they'd help but we don't know the results of "the help". I've emailed Koopor/smok myself, twice, and they won't answer my emails either. Very disappointed in the way contests are handled and in ECF as a whole.

TFV4s haven't shipped yet as far as I can tell, I'm chasing up SMOK, but it Madvapes haven't received them yet and they handled it last time. I'm going to start a new thread for shipping issues and contacts so everyone can see what's happening

To clarify... it sounds like your issue is with a KOOPOR win?? ....Last update I heard was that winners were still awaiting shipments ... yeah ...I think it was a month or better on the CLOUPOR'S as well ...and even longer if there were issues.
Glad to see @low_tar_neil is takin care of you.
Feel free to PM me ....I've entered alot of contests on here and I can tell you that one vendor here had my win ... a device ... to me WITHIN A WEEK ...and that's from China.
Don't give up and good luck to ya , but be prepared for a saint's worth of patience at times
