Hello, here is another complaint about this company.

I have ordered on the previous Sunday night, 6th August, hoping they would see the order by Monday and take care of it.. But it did not happen. I was fooled by their "ships in 48 hours" ad and it was 2 days in "payment accepted" status only to change to "preparing" for more 2 days.. I've been trying to contact them through email, website chat and even Facebook but still no answer and even paid for the express shipping..

If I knew this would happen, I wouldn't buy anything from them. Should've searched for reviews about them first..

Update: They did answer my email twice.
So after 1 week I was told the package was ready and there was just a shipment delay, and the items needed to be shipped from Hong Kong, but they would only ship it on Fridays ( h.ttp://prntscr.com/gah3ry ).
After waiting another week, I got an email from them on the Friday it was supposed to be shipped saying the item was no longer in stock ( h.ttp://prntscr.com/gah3e2 ), which means the order was never processed, and a bonus information about the lack of professionalism, the web site still advertises my items as "in stock" which they clearly aren't or never were... Buyers beware of my situation and judge for yourselves as I hope this warns you.

This is generally the way with shipping from china. It's why domestic distributors survive. They take the headaches for you.
