Hello all, need some thoughts and suggestions and although the questions might be similar to those that have been asked and answered, plenty of times, I believe mine are a little more specific.

Before I go on, I'd like to point out the fact that I'm not entirely unaware of how to build coils, battery safety and etc etc I've built and rebuilt plenty, in fact it seems that, lately, I've been rebuilding coils on daily basis just to test out results. I use Sony VTC3s for my sub-ohming needs and have authentic, well maintained mods.

Today I have received a new RDA, Stillare V2, I have to say, I was quite obsessed with it ever since the first reviews, I like how it looks and loved the performance in the reviews, on top of it mine has a cool S/n: 1110, show off moment

Anyhow, on to my questions, I've had my patriot for a few weeks and have grown to love it and found a couple of builds that work perfect for me, taste and vapor production, I ran it with 2,5mm air holes. Upon recieving my Stillare I applied the same formula, alas the results aren't as I anticipated.

I've tried dual 24awg vertical micros, 3/4 wrapped on 2,4mm drill bit, with cotton; horizontal ones, witht he same spec; 0,9x0,1mm ribbon coils, 2/3 wraps; and even dual twisted 24awg 6/7 wraps micros (bad decision) hot spots nearly ruined the mod, heat deformed the bottom spring on the Poldiac, had to use the spare after I disassembled the failure of a coil.

Finally, any Stillare owners, or those who had any experience with it, or at least those who used similar RDAs, any advice on setups? Specifically, and i know this will sound childish, the cloud chasing setups, I just really want to get them huge clouds (not by just standing in front of black background with a lamp lighting it up from underneath either). Basically, any suggestions for massive vapor production setups?

Thanks in advance for the advise!

Open the air control all the way and that is all you need. Mine with a .24 ohm build fogs my office in 2 minutes. The only downside is the flavor isn't as good as my Patriot even with the air flow down lower.

Mind sharing the coil setup you have, as in the configuration, wire gauge, what's the inner diameter of the coils, wicking material? I know as far as opening the air flow, but the builds I tried weren't producing more than my patriot with 2,5mm air holes.

And yeah, I agree with you on the flavour bit, my drilled patriot still dominates flavour wise, 3/4 wraps of ribbon wire and cotton, the taste is of the charts that way
