Stingray X mech mod?

I'm used to my regulated devices however I have been looking into getting a mechanical mod but don't want to spend over 100 bucks for a complete setup. Has anyone used a stingray X mod and what is your experience with the device? It looks super slick in my opinion but I wanted to know ow what the public thought

Just received Stingray X yesterday, loving it so far with 18350, have 18650. Was considering Nemesis and 4nine, went Stingray X for something a little different. Main was BEC Pro 50w, and dropping down size was key for me.

Copper mods are great. I don't have a stingray x though, as I prefer single tube 18650 mods. I have a friend with a stingray x clone and it self fires if he puts it down without locking it first, which is garbage.

I have a $22 nemesis clone and a $16 2nd-hand Sigelei.

Both work perfectly, no issues at all. Do I like the look of the Stingray? Sure!

I'd say start on a cheap one, and if it's 'for you' spend whatever you feel is appropriate.

The only tip I have for the stingray x is that the metal bottom and metal post need some graphite( aka pencil "lead"). It was crunchy after a week, used some lead and was the best button I've used to date.

You can adjust the tension on the button. Mine did that also until I turned the center screw inside to change the through distance.

I've had mine for about a month and love it. But make sure you use the locking ring before you set it down up right.

Got my Stingray X from Vape Royalty with Kraken RTA for $73. (Black and Chrome). Loved so much got another (Stainless and polished Brass (Kraken). Chapstick the threads (grease) Electric Shave (light oil) the fire button. 2 weeks so far works great!. Running 18350 with single coil .7 ohm with organic cotton wick.
