I was wondering if you are also running low on internet access as you have not responded to my e-mails since 8-10-09. E-mails pertaining to the shipping 'issue' we (2 orders between myself & RAVEN9MM) had and how you were going to take care of it.

I have always priased your service and juice quality and recommended your company several times.

So rather than making me regret it, please take a minute or two and respond to any of the e-mails I've sent.
