If the original image was created by someone with ecf then they are in copyright infringement and someone from ecf can do something about it..
but if the image was not done by site creator then they really have no say over it.. only the creator of the original image has rights to it..
I have to deal with this a lot whenever i see work i did up on sites that did not get permission to use my images.. usually a simple email gets the image either payed for to be used or removed. for some sites I allow use if its not a for profit site and if they give credit to me. if they do not want to pay or remove the image then I either contact their provider or lawyer takes care of it..

OMG!! That's not all they stole!!!! They stole their DSE901 product description from vaporkings!! Probably more than just the DSE901 but I havent looked. How LAZY can you get??
