Dear customers

We are very sorry to inform you that we have to temporarily STOP china registered airmail to the following countries:

Brazil, France, Indonesia, Mexico, Netherland, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Spanish, Switzerland, Thailand, UK, Vietnam,

because airmail to your country is very slow and unstable due to peak season and stricter customs inspection.

We are not sure when airmail to above countries will be back to normal. We hate to keep you wait for long. So we suggest you to choose DHL or EMS , which are much faster than airmail.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Any questions, please feel free to use help desk on the right corner and submit a ticket.

Enjoy shopping!

Agreed with Jackbox, I've been ordering from you every month for the past 3 or 4 months and get my shippment every time at around 2 weeks and I am happy with that. I have no problem waiting for my regular airmail shipping to Thailand and hope you change your policy. Perhaps, for Thai shipments, you can advise that purchaser should expect delays and be prepared to wait up to 3 weeks.

Hmm, as they explained, it is not their doing. It's about strict customs and slow airmail. It is somekind of high season and even our (Estonia) customs are more strict. One of my orders was just sent back to China. European union does not allow China's e-liquid into the country, bacuse there are no markings about contents of the liquid. So again, it is not Healthcabin's fault!

But there is no problem with Thailand. Shipments by regular airmail get here fast. Customs doesn't even check regular airmail under 2kgs as there is no customs form needed.

Well, yeah, I didn't read that part. Well, maybe now they check those?

Nope, just got an order on Tuesday that shipped the day before the Chinese Holiday started. Got here in two weeks by regular airmail. No problems whatsoever. wanted to place a new order tonight for vivia nova heads and was stumped by the regular shipping being gone. I won't pay EMS shipping for $10 worth of product.

You may not have problems getting packages now with airmail. BUT you will! From OCT. (more November)to about January of the new year Airmail gets backlogged BIG TIME because it has lowest priority. Every year during these months packages sent via airmail can be put in the back log. Last year I had about 30 to 40 orders that took 60+ days to arrive because of the backlog. Im assuming they are stopping shipments a bit earlier this year so peoples packages don't get stuck in the backlog.

Then they should not say shipping to Thailand is unstable. They should tell the truth and say that regular airmail gets stuck in China during the holiday period for the rest of the world, and that it just sits and sits and doesn't get dispatched.

It doesn't make sense to me that the backlog would only effect certain countries...anyway, I'll take my chances and want to only ship via regular airmail to Thailand. If I know the risks I should be able to request it as such. Newsunshine, please reply to me and Jackbox.

During the holidays stuff gets here fine. Registered airmail has priority over regular airmail. In my experience it only gets delayed an extra week at most if sent by registered airmail. Regular airmail without registration is another story. That can sit for up to a month or more before dispatch. But since HC uses registered service only, delivery to Thailand would be impacted very little, if not at all.
