I started out driving to the tobacco shop for some marlboro reds.
I have been smoking off and on for 30 years 2 + packs a day.
I did manage to quit for 5 years using the patch and lozenger it was really terrible took about 3 months.
Like an idiot I started back thinking I could just smoke one every now and then.
2 years later thousands of dollars up in smoke.
I saw the little pv at the tobacco shop bought it mainly to smoke inside .
That was over two months ago.
From the first puff I knew that it was my ticket back to non smoking land ( insert angels singing lol)
I have not smoked an analog from day one of using the pv
I did start with 24mg tobacco flavored juice I think that is key to my success.
I did buy a quality pv a provape-1.
One month at 24 mg juice vaping like crazy then 2 weeks at 18 mgs vaping less then 2 weeks at 12 mg vaping way less then 48 hours ago just put it down and have not touched it since.
I have used 4 commit lozengers so far so good.
As far as I'm concerned the e-cig is a miracle for making it way easier to quit smoking than any other way I have ever tried.
I did have withdrawal symptoms for about two weeks but were very mild compared to other times I have quit
I would like to know if any one else has quit vaping this soon , and or used the commit lozengers

Wow thats great! I have been vaping for about 1.5 years and not sure that I will give it up.
Much like you I quit for 5 years. Then thought I could be a weekend smoker when I went to bars. Next thing I knew I was back to 2 pad :(

Good luck to you. Maybe this time you will remember that part time smoking doesn't work and instead of you having control over it you will soon be the one controlled.

I vape and usually have about 3 lozenges a day :) It works well for me. Been analog free for over a month now, after 17 years of pack-a-day smoking.

I love vaping though, and I too am not sure if I'll ever give it up. I may, in the future, cut down/out my nicotine - but otherwise, I enjoy it.

The way I see it is, if vaping is my only crutch, I'm all good ;)
