I found a case that actually works quit well for storing the supplies. In fact it has so much room (and it's pretty small) that I don't know if I could order enough at this point to come close to filling the bugger. 
Here's what I found:
it's called "fasion accessories" It's a bead holder with 52 various sized cases inside the carrying case.
(medium size)
2 4-3/4 x 2-1/2 x 7/8in Great for storing several batteries an 2 or 3 other of the smaller cases which can have 3 to 6 atty's, and anoter could have pre-set flavor carts for you. (or you can set it as an emergency box)
There are two of these sizes.
(small)
1-5/8 x 1-5/8 x 11/16. This size is great for holding flavor carts. You can store empty or full, you can fit 4 carts PERFECTLY into one box.
Set comes with 34 of these sizes.
(Tiny)
1-5/16 x 1-1/4 x 5/8. This size perfect holds 3 atty's. Also could easily double to carry extra filler, and extra straws, or extra lids, or extra pieces for smaller mods..etc. You get 16 of this size.
The kit even comes with a pair of long nose tweezers! Perfect!
Found this thing at walmart (yeah I shop there a lot). Was in the fabrics department (I end up there a lot to try to feel out ideas)

Well I found a company Direct link, so here goes. Pic isn't quite that good, but maybe you'll get the idea. The outter case image/stick easily comes off, it's just held in place by removable stretchy glue.
