I have heard it one other time but are stores a way for people to get away with selling defective product? I bought from a store and had nothing but trouble. Made me wonder if the manu was just sending returns to stores. Anyone else?
My way of thinking is that people on line will buy on line. People in stores may not go on line otherwise therefore causing less problems for reputations. Tell us your story.
