Storing the E-Cig

Hello all,

So I had a question for all you experienced or physicists or Metallurgists . I have my SE (sigh, yeah, but like my first girlfriend, she may not be perfect, but I will remember her fondly :)

Well, now I have my 510. My SE is now my in-case-the-510-breaks-down-I-will-NOT-go-buy-a-pack-o-butts electronic cig.

My question is, how do you think these suckers are best stored? Dry? (from the manufacturer they come with primer on them, does the atty need to be kept primed? I wouldn't think so, but....)

Battery charged, uncharged?

Thanks all :)

From everything I've ever heard, Li-Ion batteries are best stored with a partial charge, something around 50-80%.
Atomizers, I'd definitely put a bit of liquid on them before putting them away- straight PG would probably be best, then VG, unflavored e-liquid, or flavored e-liquid (in that order, imho)
Of course, if you leave it sitting around, even closed up tightly, any one of those is eventually going to break down, so I'd still plan on trying to blow out the makeshift primer you've left behind (VG especially will break down, but over a shorter term of less than a year is probably better than e-liquid)
