I have had my provari since mid january and ive loved using it every day and it has served me well but yesterday i noticed something strange going on with it. It seems that when i put the battery in and screw the end cap on all the way and go to vape it doesn't want to work..its like i have to unscrew the cap partly and then the led blinks and i can vape. i am not sure if this is an issue with the spring or the battery or the chip inside it...has anyone else had this problem??.

Side note: since the day i got my provari i have had strange issues with the battery not holding a charge. it seems that to get my battery to hold a decent charge i have to drain the battery and then unscrew the cap on the provari and screw it back on and drain it some more till i can no longer vape at all and only then does it hold a decent charge, but could this be destroying my provari?? could this be why my provari is acting all weird now?

I would clean all the battery connections and see if that helps. If it doesn't, I would contact Provape and see what they have to say.
how should i go about doing that? just use a q tip and clean the top and bottom of the battery and then the inside of the provari where the battery connects? should i use like..alittle bit of rubbing alchohol?

I slightly moisten a Q-Tip in rubbing alcohol and then swab all the connection inside your Provari as well as the battery and charger.

You don't want the Q-Tip to be dripping wet, just slightly damp. After you clean everything, make sure to take a Dry Q-tip and hit everything again.

If you smash the end of a Q-tip it helps to get down into the attomizer connection and drip groove.
