Can somebody PLEASE help me with my weird and very frustrating Provari issue!?

I am having a very big problem with my Provari. It works fine on a freshly charged battery until about 80% charge and then the button will only work for half a second and not work after that. The only solution is to unscrew the cap and and screw it back on. This usually only helps for a hot or few and then I'm right back to square one. I've put in a support ticket with Provari but never got a reply. As far as I know I am the only person with this problem so I don't think it's a qc issue. If anybody has a suggestion I am all ears as I am extremely happy with this particular pv. Thanks.

sorry I don't know about provari's but make 4 more posts in the newb forum and you can most likely take this question to a forum where you will get some help =)

Have you tried switching atty's? Sometimes something similar happens with my fixed 3.7v and it's usually the atty.

Very good suggestion. It's surprising the kind of quirks a funky atty can cause.

I've read good things about their customer service and ordered one for myself. We don't know when the service ticket was even submitted. What if it was 10 minutes ago? I don't think that would qualify as a "complete lack of customer service"...Do you?

I actually put the ticket in weeks ago. I work fora business that specializes in ecigs and modsso we have run through all atty combos imaginable. No error message to speak of.

Same thing happens with my sb. For me it was the battery connection where it connects to the atty. Mine got pushed down and by unscrewing the cap and screwing it back on it would magically work again. I pried mine up gently and it helped this is all on a 510 connection of course

Thats very unusal from my 3 dealings with Provape. I went here Contact Us filled out the required info for an email response and within 30 minutes all 3 times I had responses. May have something to do with getting bombarded with questions about when/where and how long before people can buy their provari's...
