Alrighty I was over at a friends house and took to large of a draw on a dual coil 1.3 setup on my trident V2 with drilled out holes. Needless to say I took way to much and began to suffer a headache and racing heart beat ect. It was not good at all, I wont be doing that again. Ever since though I can't seem to vape much at all without buzing out pretty easily. I just feel strange, I use to use 18 pretty regularly a tank out of my kayfun 3.1, 1.6 ohms without much trouble if I took a vape every 20-30 min. Now I can't really seem to use 12 out of my kayfun lite plus v2 at 1.3 ohms, I just get nic'd out way to easily. Have I become overly sensitized to nicotine, or am I recovering still from that overdose from last weekend. I know you guys aren't professionals but maybe someone can help shed some light on this for me. Thinking about going down to 6. Any ideas???

Yeah thats what I am going to do. I am using madrina by suicide bunnies. Never had a problem with it. Ohms havent changed much. I am making a big batch of juice today as my 30ml amber glass bottles came over the weekend so time to make some batches of juice. It will all be 6, if it takes more to reach my sweet spot then I'll just vape more lol. Not to mention all of my atty's are rebuildables. I do not own any others. I also do not go lower then 1.3 ohms as subing is not a thing for me and tears my throat up worse then smoking ever did.

Yeah actually I've noticed that, but strangely enough I figured it out that my copper mod works much more efficiently. The heating element heats up considerably faster then on my ss mod. About a 1 sec difference. On the copper mod I need to use 12 or less and on my SS mod I can use 18 as I have some that is still 18 ad have been using it about the same way as before. My guess is that this is the case, not only does it become hotter faster but it heats up more, even with the same ohms. So I find this to be pretty interesting. I made 220 mls of 6mg juice in 7 different flavors.

You may find yourself chain vaping for awhile, until your body gets used to less nicotine.

This sounds very familiar to me. I started at 24, then 18. I was at 18 for quite some time, until I started getting headaches more often, so cut down to 12, which was easier than I thought. My body actualy thanked me for it and I was satisfied with the nic level. Fast forward about a year or so, and same thing started happening again. Now I vape at 8mg in just about all my setups, mainly Kayfuns, and 6mg for dual coil drippers bellow .8ohms.

Hi, something similar happened to me only now I can't tolerate vaping period! It seems I'm very allergic to VG, PG and nicotine. Over the last two months I have tried every combination (pure PG, pure VG, 50/50, with nic, no nic even PEG400!) and all that happens is that after a couple of days I come down with a serious allergic reaction that takes nearly two weeks of double dose benadryl to clear up. I'm talking hives, serious itching all over, throat closing, face flushing, nausea etc. so be careful!

On the up side I can't even smoke analogues anymore as they cause the same reaction! Anyway I've invested a lot into vaping and would be more than happy to be able to vape 2-3mg juice (any stronger tastes really unpleasant/peppery now) but I think I'm going to have to call it a day. As a last shot I have an appointment with an allergist in two weeks, maybe he'll come up with a solution, hope so:ohmy:

Anyway I'm in no way putting vaping down as I'm sure that for most people it is no problem and will certainly help many to give up stinkies:) Unfortunately though there are a small number of people like me who it doesn't seem to agree with:(

Actually, I am a professional. (not really) But I have had a similar experience. 6-12 used to be fine for me until I switched to dripping. Even at six I was getting a nauseating nicotine buzz all the time. Eventually it got to the point where it didn't happen so often unless I was drawing very, very frequently like if I were just sitting around listening to music or something. I switched to 3mg and couldn't be happier. You really don't need a high nicotine content when you start stepping up the power. I'm not recommending anything but what works for me is 0.5 ohms on an RDA with 3mg, high VG juice. I don't think it's an inconvenient setup at all and the clouds and flavor beat any other vaping setup I've used.

Yeah very strange everything seems to have returned to normal. 18 is still a bit tough for me. It's ok if I don't vape it to much though. 12 seems fine now. Thanks for all the responses! Love such a helpful forum.

Glad to hear!!! Hope it stays ok for you. If not, drop down lower and try that.
