How did you choose post 1195 to be the last entry in the contest?

It was picked earlier but I was grilling a pork loin and didn't have time to post the winner. The Boss Lady did the RNG while I was cooking.

The Pere Marquette depot at Rodney Michigan with an approaching passenger train. Rodney is located in Mecosta County, about six miles east of Big Rapids on the former PM line from Edmore to Big Rapids. Rodney was also a PM junction, leading to a northerly branch to Chippewa Lake. Rodney is a small town not too far from me.​

The SS Badger is the last coal fired steamship operating on the Great Lakes. It was originally built to carry railroad cars, but that came to an end in 1990. A couple years later it was refitted to carry passengers and cars and has been doing it ever since.

This is me in the SS Badger in 2010 after arriving in Ludington, MI. You can still see the tracks in the floor of the ship.​
