strength of juice?

Stupidly, I ordered my starter kit with 36 mg cartridges. Even more stupider I ordered 36 mg juice. It's wayyyyy to strong for me. I was smoking Basic Menthol lights. I wonder if I should go 11mg? or 14mg?

It also came with non menthol low and high, but those are just gross to me...8-o

I'm a two pack a day smoker. Thought 36 mg would be the ticket, but not so.

36 is what I needed to stay away from the analogs. My husband smokes so that made it harder. Johnson Creek has sample packs of juice. I like their flavors. This way you can try several without spending a lot. I love their little bottles too.

try cutting your juice down with PG or VG - a 50/50 mix and that will give you 18mg...the more PG or VG you add, the lower nic dose.

VG health food store.
PG... you could try a farm supply, it's a food quality antifreeze.
I can buy it by the bucket to refill my solar hot water panals.

Note: Both apparently come in non food grade... I would avoid the pink PG used in RV's, and the non food grade VG.
