Stressed/Upset desire to smoke?

When I was 15 I had managed to quit for a few months when my girlfriend did break up with me. The first thing I did was bum a cigarette off someone.

DON'T DO THAT. IT TOOK ME ANOTHER DECADE TO BE ABLE TO QUIT AGAIN.

It will go away. Find something else to get your stress/anger out. Most people recommend exercise - lifting weights, running, whatever. Yell, scream, cry, punch things (not people). Find something that works. But don't go back to cigarettes. It will just give you more to feel bad about.
