Well they may be sow as it took 6 days after order to get. They said they were short handed but the juice is excellent. They have a coffee that actually tastes like coffee and it has alot of flavor not mild. The last seller I ordered from had flavored juice that was flavorless. Not this it's excellent. Good vapor too.

Great review. I like all the juice I have tried from them so far. They seem to have the best prices on just about everything I found. I think a lot of the folks here get involved in what I call the placebo effect where one person says they taste bad then other people follow. I think they have been right on the dot and even refunding people's money when they don't like it. I heard their kona series is very good. I myself like their Hookah series and their RY4 just to name a few. These guy's will be my main supplier.

I got my first juices from there and had no real complaints. They still are suppose to be sending me a battery but looks like they are bsing me, so this time I ordered from GP to try out their juice, and I wanted some menthol crystals to play with.

Hi, just wanted to say I've used them for 7 orders and everything has been fine, good email response, shipping and products.

The first time I ordered they were selling L2 510 Kits, had a problem with the sticking batteries, they replaced with a new joye 510 kit, never had to ship it back. Now they sell only the Joye 510 kits plus juice.

I've been having them dropship to my friends and everything has went smooth. The last order was ordered on friday and received it on tues. (calif. to mo) in three days not bad...Plus they have FREE SHIPPING over $10.

Just got an order that I made on Wed. the tracking never showed any progress so I was happily surprised to find it in my mailbox today (sat) when I got home.

I think they are getting all their kinks out and I am not to patiently waiting for their kits to come in as I plan on getting a green one.. Can't beat the price and I got my first kit from them had have had no problem at all.

Awesome juice! Hands down the best I've ever had. Especially the Butterscotch Candy and Melon Mint.
On both orders i placed the shipping was fast,(3 days), and the customer service was great.
However, the 510 kit i bought from them had a battery that would not turn off and the plastic end cap fell off on the other one after about three days of use.

We've used this business since November or December and never been disappointed with price, quality, delivery time or email answers/service. It's the only place we buy juice and easily has the very lowest prices.

My first order from them was thier 5 pack of 3ml tobacco samplers and for under 10 bucks and freee shipping-nice deal!
Like all five flavors and esp. Camel and Marl Next time will be for larger quantities.
Like thier fast Email confirmation plainly listing the price/description for my log to cut/paste.
My order also took 6 days, which I can live with as did the other 3 suppliers I ordered at same time who did charge shipping.

I placed 2 orders with them. Each of the 6 flavors I got were all great. I got Hookah Banana, Hookah Strawberry, Hookah Apple, Mango Madness, Peach and Island Guava. All of those flavors are spot on and vape well at 3.1v and 4.?v. Haven't tried them at a true 5v yet but am anxious. I had nothering but good service from them for 3 months, (7) 510 kits and quite a bit of juice for me and family, everyone has been satisfied so far.

I email them about the 6 month warrantee on 1 Joye510 kit because my 2 batty's and atty's were messing up, they said just return so they can send them in and they will replace them, that's good business.

They continue to get my business.

I'm done trying to resolve this with them and I'm done ordering from them but I'm glad the OP had a good experience.

I did like them till they bs'd me about replacing those screwed up batteries that killed an atty of mine because it would not shut off and I didn't notice it (and made a burn mark on the bar that I was at, I ran far from that spot as the bar was brand new :x)

I'm sure if you just sent them an email asking for them to replace your battery they would. I think when they first started up they got swamped and maybe if you emailed them again they would help.

They finally got back to me on my battery, sent me 2 new ones(joye instead of clone) I think one of the major problems is customs has been holding their orders. I just kept emailing her reminding her. I think she does get swamped.

Still waiting on my replacement kit from... >DECEMBER. Just sayin' ... Not expecting it ever. They're terrible.

I got a whole replacement kit from them for the 2 bad batteries that I had. It did take about 3 weeks. You just have to keep emailing them every few days to make sure they don't forget.
