I really had to change my mind with SEJ. The juice tasted good, but I wasn't getting the Dekang TH. I emailed them three times and finally got a answer. I discovered I was shipped VG liquid instead of PG. Jane at SEJ told me that even if it is VG, It shouldn't matter with the TH. I'm not new and know it does make a difference. She stated that if I MUST return it, I need to write a letter to the factory and explain what is wrong with the juice.I have to pay for the shipping.
First off there was no apology for shipping a juice I didn't order. There is nothing I can write to complain to the factory, it taste ok, but no throat hit. They just shipped the wrong liquid!
I also have to wait for the juice to get back to them at my expense for another order to begin to be processed.
I know what happened. They ran out of PG liquid in the flavors I was looking for. It wasn't on the web site when I checked. They took it upon themselves to give me a different liquid.
I asked if they would go ahead and start the order. They never answered me.
I'm going to just write it off and give the juice to a friend who doesn't like the PG TH. This comany has the worst customer service of any juice company I've worked with. Not even a sorry about that from them.
