Used it for my 1st week. Had to stop because of strange 'lightheadedness' for lack of better word. Got tingling in my skin and experienced loss of balance. Vision also became blurry. I was not vaping heavily.. maybe 8 puffs per hr.

Now using VG but there is some evidence for liver damage there. Trying to quit EVERYTHING and just eat carrots or something;)

Brand=unknown. Came from Altsmokes.

After reading about the positive tests performed my intellicigs EcoPure juice which showed it did not produce acrolein, I decided to place an order today.

I wanted to know who on here has been using ONLY VG and for how long?

Have you noticed any side effects? What Brand have you been using?

Thanks Guys!:D

What did you use your first week, the PG? I was kind of confused with your first paragraph...did you mean VG caused those symptoms or you switched because those were PG symptoms?

I got my E-cig 2 weeks ago...
(Im allergic to nothing...)
but..
The PG makes my throat feel like its coated with vaseline ..and I definatly chose an E fluid with to high a concentration of nicotine..

So I read the forum ..and decide to try straight VG ..Wiltons Brand...With a Lorann Pina Colada candy flavour...

Not bad...

Recently... Im reading the Horror Stories of VG...
and Inhaling Flavouring hazzards...

So now...I dont inhale the Fog of the E-Garrette..

Anyways...2 weeks ..No Real Cigarettes...

Its working!!

I smoked 2 packs a day for 34 years, started vaping in Jan. and still smoked 10 analogs a day until April 24. Since then I have been analog free and am a heavy vaper. I only use VG, used PG for 2 days and realized I couldn't do that. VG is my only option. I prefer Johnson Creek Tennessee Cured and Kona Coffee. Ecigs can be enough hassle, I'm not into mixing juice, too.
I haven't had any health problems with the VG. I had issues with analog withdrawl, but they have gotten better. (Lots of good threads on that) I feel a ton better than I have in years! I can breathe again and my allergies are much better. Although it hasn't erased all my wrinkles or improved my waistline.
I use a 901 with a passthrough and I drip. I don't burn thru atomizers and I'm feeling good. Relax :) it's all good.

First I'm not 100% sure about all of my facts but I started almost 4 weeks ago using SE carts exclusively. I found out on the forums that apparently they are VG based. I just ordered a kissbox from Janty and a bunch of carts from there and have been finding that if I smoke as much of those which I hear are PG based that I had of the SE that I start to go cold/numb in my left side. Also my heart starts to race. I know this isn't good and like I said it doesn't happen when I smoke the SE carts. First any ideas on the heart thing and second does anyone know where I can get some VG carts or liquid?

Johnson Creek sells VG liquid (US) and so does Intellicig (UK) oh and I think Juicy Liquid (US)

I never heard of SE carts being VG though...
My heart started to race on some brands of PG, you never REALLY know what your getting with these carts or juices..just kind of keep your fingers crossed and if your having side effects from a particular batch..don't use it anymore.

I am about 99% sure the SE carts are indeed VG based. I used them for around 6 weeks and had no problems. I then switched to buying liquids and got a really bad reaction where my throat got so incredibly sore I was losing my voice.

I did a whole bunch of reading on the forum and realized that the SE carts must have been VG based and the liquid I was buying i knew for sure was PG based.

I got a sample pack of VG liquids from JC and the sore throat went away in a matter of a few days. It has been several weeks since I made the switch to exclusively using VG liquid and I have not had any types of throat problems at all.

I currently use JC original tobacco 24mg strength and juicy liquid unflavored 36 mg strength as my bases and cut it with VG from Juicy Liquid to get it to the strength I desire. for daytime vaping I am using a diluted solution that is around 18mg strength and for evening vaping I have diluted solution that is 12 mg strength or weaker. I am not completely scientific about cutting and just use approximates rather than worry about exact measurments.

Just in case you are confused, no, I do not use any flavors. When the JC original tobacco runs out I will be 100% flavorless. I enjoy the throat kick and aesthetic value of the thick vapor more than the flavor.

hope it helps,
DW

Hi MissVapor, My previous post I was referring to PG giving me side effects. I got some Johnson Creek VG and either the VG makes my eyes red and giving me a bit of the stoner head, or I'm just hoofing too much nichotine;)

Hi MissVapor,

Sorry, been offline for awhile;) I got the 36 ml juice, but I hear it's is per 1.2 ml? Sounds like they're getting a base VG and adding flavor.. reducing the mg/ml. So, the big question I have is where do they get the base? I don't think it legal to buy liquid nicotine is it? So, it has to come from another country. Right? Should we trust that? It is MIXED in USA, not totally Manufactured in USA, I'd wager.

BTW, I'm back to analog supplementing with e-cig.. From 2 pks a day to 1.
Something positive, anyway;)

I have been using VG Johnson Creek TN Cured and Tobacco flavors for a couple weeks and they are my favorites. Not necessarily because they are VG but just because of the way they taste. They work better in my BE112 atomizers since these have a light draw and the seemingly thicker liquid works better in them versus the M-201s where the draw is harder and the JC makes it too hard unless I clean the atty daily.

Overvaping PG makes my throat raw which does not occur with the VG but this could be from other ingredients in the juice.
