I've really enjoyed StrictlyEjuice's liquids (especially the clove) and I have made monthly orders from them for a few months now and always been satisfied with shipping time and the liquid.

I will preface this by saying it was /my mistake/ but getting no answer from the vendor is really annoying to me.

On June 8th I made an order and accidentally purchased an automatic mega/long 510 battery instead of a manual mega/long 510 battery. I got my package on the 12th, IIRC. When I opened the package I realized I made a mistake with getting the auto batt instead of the manual batt. It was late Saturday night or Sunday IIRC that I sent a message to StrictlyEjuice using the form on their website about the mistake and inquiring if it could be exchanged for a manual batt.

I didn't get a response so on Saturday I sent another message, and yesterday yet another message.

I have been extremely busy this month- I've very sick and have been in and out of the hospital and cancer center getting numerous tests and scans done and maybe I've missed their responses. I just went through my email and even looked through my spam folder and I've found nothing from them except the automated messages that they've received/shipped my previous orders.

I know this was my mistake but hearing nothing from the vendor disappoints me. Even a response of "sorry, that's out of our hands, nothing we can do about it" would have been appreciated. I don't really want to, but I guess I'll be purchasing my liquid and supplies elsewhere.

I had a similiar thing happen. I emailed them and waited a couple of days for a response and when I emailed them back again I asked them if they got my first email and they said no. After the second email they took care of me like they always do. I've noticed their business has grown a lot lately since adding all kinds of new items and keeping all the flavors in stock all the time. So it could be that they have a spam protector or something that is blocking the emails and not allowing them to get through. Did you ever get a hold of them and get it resolved? I order from them every month because frankly they have the best tasting juice at the best price and their customer service has always been outstanding. I'm sure if you send them another email and explain your situation they would be more than willing to refund your money and probably give you a free bottle of juice.

A few hours after posting this thread on the 21st I checked my email and there was an reply to the third message I had sent to them. They asked a question about the battery and I replied to that email and answered the question on the 21st.

There was no response. I sent another reply after not hearing back at 3AM today, the 23rd.

No response yet.

Not pleased.

I have used them for about a month now and am fairly pleased. It DOES occassionally take them a couple of days to respond to emails....then at other times they respond within minutes. Their deliveries usually take at least 5 days to get to me....but considering they are very low priced, and free shipping on orders over $10, I really havent had a reason to complain....Im content with them for the time being.

I placed an order with them the other night and I already have bad feelings. This is by far the longest any vendor has taken with my order. For 2 days now usps is only showing they were notified.(yes I know it could just be their post office).

Oh, I wouldn't worry about that. I order a lot online and sometimes USPS only shows that they were notified even after the package is in my hands, LOL!

I ordered my startup kit from strictlyejuice and it got here super fast, but one of my attys has a little bit of fuzzy stuff sticking out from under the wick, touching the wall of the atty itself. i figured out what it was from reading this forum, but i sent a mail to strictlyejuice to see if it was a problem and if i should return it or not worry about it.

absolutely no response in 3 days.

So I emailed strictlyejuice for you and spoke with Jane and showed her this thread. And as I suspected they were having trouble with their email servers because they didnt get one of my emails so I had to email them twice. But I just emailed them and got a response in 30 minutes. Here it is.

Yes, I received many e-mails from her. The problem was that our e-mail server was having some problems and there was
no way to get to her in time.

I would email them their servers are back up and running and they will refund your money. These guys have always been a stand up company and I have never had one single problem in my 9 months of ordering from them.

Good Luck. Keep us posted.
