Stuck in Mobile Mode

Go down to the bottom left of the index page, there is a button or spin box there to change skins.

Hi, I also am stuck with the Mobile skin. I have done the step you said to do ( bottom left corner button). It still leaves me in Mobile Skin. I have logged off, re logged in and 'Settings' to change out of this skin are not available. I am unable to change back to the skin I liked much better.
