I got my daughter an ipv 2S for Christmas. When we went to install her battery we were unable to get the screws off. We were using the tiny little screwdriver that came with it and didn't want to turn it too hard and strip the heads of the screws. I didn't have a small allen wrench that would fit. Were we doing something wrong? Is this a common problem? Any input would help since she's anxious to take it for a turn around the block.
