I just bought two Cyclone atomizers. I'm having a very odd issue with one. I built a coil for it, fed the legs through the post. When I went to tighten the screw with the provided allen wrench it would not tighten. You could turn it forever, nothing. Now this is the really odd part, if I take the leg out it will tighten down. It's like the wire is blocking the screw. I tried adding pressure to the wrench, no matter what it will not tighten down at all. I assumed I must be doing something wrong? But I have mounted reomizers the same way with no issues. I then tried the other Cyclone I bought, no problem. I don't know if the screw was stripped right from the package? Or is it something I'm doing wrong?

The threads (above the post leg hole) are stripped out, sufficient to prevent tightening, but enough remaining to still hold the set screw in place.
The quick and semi-easy fix... if you have the room, drill a new hole, below the current one... so that you have a section with viable threading. You can get a similar result by elongating the existing hole with a jeweler's needle file.

You can also tap the hole to the next oversize, but that would require a bit more complication. ;-)

Thank you!
*update*
Contacted the supplier I purchased them from. They replied it was obviously defective and to send the faulty one back for a replacement. Even throwing in a free bottle of ejuice to cover my shipping fees. In the meantime, got the other one built and working great! Thanks anyway everyone, problem solved. :)
