Hey guys,

So I have a week old M400 PV. It came with 5 carts in the starter kit. My juice comes tomorrow which is great 'cause I'm on my last cart. Anyway when I take the tip off the stuffing looks like it has come out of the cartridge and is stuck to the atomizer.

Why does this happen, is it a problem and can I do anything about it?

Thanks

I have this happen occasionally as well. I'm pretty sure that what causes this is the actual suction which is created as you draw through the tip of the cartridge. First impressions might suggest that suction should actually pull the filler material back towards you, not away from you. However, if you make a closer inspection of how the cartridge works, the air passageway does not actually go in a straight line from your mouth, through the little hole in the cartridge, through the filler material, and eventually down to the atomizer. How it actually travels is in a channel along the outside of the cartridge, through the atomizer bridge area, then through the little holes in the battery end of the atomizer. So how this works in action is, as you draw air, that air first comes through those little holes at the battery end of the atomizer, through the bridge area of the cartridge (where the little wire mesh thingie is located), then up through that channel along the outside of the cartridge, then through the little hole in the tip end and into your mouth. The suction that actually tends to occasionally pull that filler material down, or away from your mouth, is actually coming from the opposite end (bottom end that fits into the atomizer) of the cartridge, therefore pulling it down. This suction coming from that end is also what draws small amounts of juice down onto the bridge area of the atomizer.
