So cleaning my ears the other day I pushed earwax into my inner ear. Of course I can't hear and have tried everything I can think of to get it out, but nothing is working. Any suggestions ladies?

My grandmother would put warm olive oil in her ear if that happened,she said it loosened it up and it would come out.Italians use olive oil for everything.lol.
A couple of drops of peroxide will help break it up.. but it will sound like you have fireworks going off in your ear.
First of all...are you sure that is what you did ? (vs. damage ?) If you are sure, try the warm oil, lay down that ear up for a bit, then lay down on that side to let it drain...if it doesn't work.......you need to get some help....(hugs)
Well...I tried the over the counter stuff which I assume has some peroxide in it, but no luck there...its not getting to where the blockage is. Maybe I'll try the olive oil.
I definitely did this and don't think I damaged my ear, I'm very gentile when cleaning out my ears....

Mikes Dr. used alcohal and peroxide but he also had a little jet of water to help bring it out after. You might try flushing with an ear syringe. My son swears by candling. I would go to a Dr. at a walk in place. Making yourself deaf is not an option!

I am of the male gender but I have done this on numerous occasions an know how annoying it is so i had to try to help. I found peroxide in a ball syringe ("water pick"?) seems to work sometimes when you spray it in a few times. Other than that I've dealt with it for a few days an it worked itself out. Hope this helps.

I have used ear candles before they work great! I used to do 'em for my massage clients all the time. Makes the ears feel tender for a day or so but it really gets the gunk out! You will need two people to do this it should not be done on your own.
Thanks gals...I can hear again....I already had peroxcide....which I'm sure is the same reason that I already had peroxcide...from last time I pushed earwax into my ear. I also looked and both of the actual "ear wax removal bottles" I had were expired...
