I've been refilling for the past two weeks with good results. I've used the drip and condom methods--a bit messy but pretty effective. I've just picked up some syringes (because of you, Sally) and am thinking about trying that approach now, too. I'm using CoolCarts exclusively.

Can anyone suggest the best way to proceed? Do I need to take off the soft cap or just use the hole? Thought I'd better check with The Experts before I trash all me cartos! :2cool:

Take the cap off. Slide the needle down in between the padding and the wall of the carto... all the way down. I usually lift up the needle as I go. You can move the syringe to the opposite wall 1/2 way thru but it's not necessary.

Syringe IS the best way to fill a carto. Hands down. That said....99% of the time I just use the condom fill method.

This is my preferred method of refilling, exactly as wader said. Fast and clean. I wish V4L sold syringes!! (hint hint)

Yep Jeffree, Wade is dead on and I think I read somewhere that is how the factory loads them as well. I used that method earlier on, washing the carts first and the whole 9 yards. However, after many months... it was taking too much of my time for all the proccessing. Nowadays I simply pop the top off and add 10+ drops to top the cart off every now and then and keep on truckin... I mean vaping. I keep a handfull of carts in my office desk and some at home; when the atty gets weak after so many refills, I toss it. If you're loading in bulk quantities the syringe is the way to go. Heck Dude, you're fixin' to be an ole timer yourself.

Hi Jeffree! Take off the top cap. Fill your syringe to somewhere between .8 and 1.0 ML. Your needle should have an open side. Slide the needle all the way down, with the open side of the needle towards
the filler. Slowly inject the juice. When the juice come to the top, you are finished. If there is too much juice, just pull a little of it back into the syringe. Squirt whatever is left in your syringe back into your
bottle (very little waste). Cap it up, and you are ready to go. It is easier when you are out and about, and when your carto isn't empty, to just drip and shake. I fill empty cartos and cartos that are pretty
much drained with the syringe. Nothing is faster or neater. (PS You don't need to put the needle thru the filler....just down the side between the filler and the carto.)

PS: You DO know that the top of the juice bottles can be removed so you can get the needle in? Just thought I would add that. ;-)
