dear all,
this company from china is really the most idiot company i have ever order from them. dun order anything from this company anymore. when their tell u 1 to 1 replacement .... is all a lie........ this is what happen to me.

i have order 1100mah battery... and the battery is really in bad QC...... total there is 4 1100mah battery break down.. so i ask for replacement... and that guy who sell me, keep on avoid me... untie i so angry and say if u dun do the replacement u can just tell me and stop makeing me like idiot..... and this guy in the end after 2 month then replay me and say can do a replacement .... and in the end is replacement me 650mah EGO battery?? where i buying 1100mah EGO battery in the 1st place. and now this guy run here and there avoid me again and again....

Shenzhen Hanoson Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. this company that guy who tell me will do replacement is John wang.. and when the time he selling say how good is the product QC.... in the end... the QC is the most worst company i ever meet... and what their say 1 to 1 replacement... 1100mah battery... only replace 650 battery... stupie..

Looks like it is mostly a wholesale company, having to order a minimum amount of their products, so I can't really see them selling a single battery.
