Wouldn't be much of a "coil"... for all intent and purpose, with only 11.2mm of wire length, a single wrap... and depending on the mandrel size, you may not even get that.
Why .2? Why not twist 2 strands of .28 and wrap around a 2.5mm bit about 6 or 7 times and shoot for .6 or so? .2 on a subtank doesn't sound very appealing at all.

Use a coil calculator to determine how many wraps of a particular gauge wire, diameter of mandril, etc. Just plug in all the info and you'll get your answer.
Don't build lower than your battery can handle. The resistance of the coil determines how many amps of current it will pull from the battery in a mechanical mod. If using a regulated mod, the amp limit of the microprocesor determines how low you can build. Battery Basics for Mods <---- contains list of batteries and their specs
