Hi jareda666. The rule of thumb is the better the delivery device (sub ohm tank) the more juice consumed and the more nicotine ingested.

I went from the Nautilus to a subtank and in my opinion you will need to cut it in half or more. If you have a lot of juice you can buy the same flavor in a zero and combine it equally to cut the nicotine in half. What you may find is that the 12 mg is harsh in the subtank, and quite possibly experience some symptoms of nicotine overdose. (dizzy, stomach ill, headaches)
