The title says it all :)

Except, I'm either looking for a solid inside spitback protection system like the sense cyclone tank (which in fact has a metal bladed shield) or a tank that comes with a spitback cover guarded drip tip like the steamcrave aromamizer rdta.

The Aspire Triton v2 and the isub apex are absolutely horrible when it comes to spitting.

This's really messing up my vapes man :(

Thanks guys!

A well designed tank, and a properly made build just won't spit back and will not require any protection.
Can I suggest the Bellus? Doesn't spit back at all,not even once. Also has the advantage of being quite simply the best tank I've ever used for flavor and vapor production.

How well would it compare to the griffin rta?

The Bellus and the Griffin are both great tanks, neither of them have a spit back problem. Then again I haven't had a tank with spit back problems since the Vivi Nova days. Some RDAs might have a bit of spit back but none of the tanks. If you're having issues it might have more to do with the build, not enough cotton maybe?

Cut to size and insert under your favorite driptip. ;)

well I am using the uwell crown for temperature control devices and don't get any spit back it has an option for building coils on RBA section sold separately or you can order some stock coils ni200 or stainless and you're good to go I love vaping on this atomizer and it doesn't hurt my pocket 30 dollars and you get everything you need to vape on

I built a griffin the same way rip trippers did and strangely the spit back was worse than the triton 2...

Don't fool yourself about the Cyclone. It definitely has spit back.
I loved the tank at first but now...I hate it.
Coils are super expensive and just vaped a tank of my new favorite juice and tasted nothing.
Unless I can find a buyer, it's going on the shelf.
But still...Vape On!

How can something that solid of a construction have spitback? Were you vaping at 150w? And if on average a coil lasts 2 weeks I don't see how that's expensive...

I figured the most spitback I've ever received are from tanks with wide bore drip tips and a hollow large chamber leading down to the coil, I'm afraid the crown looks like one of them

No, not vaping at 150W. Feel free to try it for yourself, man. I'm simply offering my opinion. I don't like it and won't use it.
If you want to try it out, I have one for sale.
