My recipe for my mix calls for 28 drops of vg for the 30% vg mix. My target level of nic is 12mg. Can I subsitute 28 drops of 11mg vg without affecting anything. I have this and want to use it up.

Use the X3 part of the calculator, it will average out your nic bases
